Evolve deliver live events across a range of sectors in extraordinary venues both in the UK and overseas, from iconic venues to blank canvases. Our expertise in finding venues and working with them stems from our experience at Kent House Knightsbridge where we’re for the last 20 years we’ve worked as the in-house team for events and have earned the Best Christmas Party Venue 2023 Award, reflecting our innovative and creative approach.

Content Creation

Our commitment to sustainable travel practices extends beyond advocacy. Leading by example, we aim to shift perceptions and have taken the initiative to attend a variety of European industry events by train.

Working in partnership with others in the industry including Eurostar, London Convention Bureau and Atout France, we have spearheaded campaigns showcasing the benefits of train travel over flying, inspiring a shift in transportation modes within the industry.

The success of these sustainable travel initiatives has earned Evolve coverage in industry publications such as Conference News, M&IT Magazine, C&IT, Micebook and international publications like Ami Magazine.

Making time to bring together the events community is a key part of our values which is why we host a series of roundtable breakfasts, open to event professionals looking to network, share experiences and support each other. Keen to amplify all voices in the industry, we’ve proudly volunteered with Fast Forward 15 (the charity championing women in events) delivering social media training to mentees and working as a mentor.
