Absolutely! We highly recommend a site visit so you can envision exactly how your event will come to life. Visits are by appointment only and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance to ensure our staff are on hand to assist you. Contact us to arrange your appointment. We can’t wait to show you around.
We can hold provisional dates for one week, giving you time to make decisions without commitment (December dates excluded). Before releasing a held date, we always provide 48 hours’ notice, allowing you the first opportunity to confirm. Once you’re ready to book, we’ll issue a contract, which must be signed and returned within 7 days, along with a deposit to secure your event. It’s a straightforward process designed to keep everything hassle-free for you.

From site visits to briefing and managing suppliers, Evolve oversees every aspect of your event. You’ll have full access to the Main Hall, Reception, Café, Meeting Room, Courtyard, Walnut Grove and The Lodge, all seamlessly connected to ensure a smooth flow throughout your event. Suppliers can access the venue from 8:00 AM for daytime events, and for evening events, access begins at 3:00 PM. If you require an earlier setup, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate with management approval.
While Sands End does not currently have on-site AV facilities, we partner with accredited and experienced suppliers who can cater to all your technical requirements. You can count on them for high-quality audio-visual support, ensuring your event runs smoothly. Additionally, our venue offers reliable WiFi to keep you connected throughout your gathering.
Sands End is located entirely on the ground floor, ensuring easy access for all guests. We also provide dedicated accessible restrooms, making it convenient for everyone to enjoy your event.
Sands End does not have air conditioning; however, our single-level layout allows for excellent airflow. All doors and windows can be opened, ensuring a refreshing breeze flows through the Main Hall and Meeting Room. Plus, with ample outdoor space, you’ll enjoy a naturally cooler atmosphere during your events.
Sands End does not have on-site parking, but pay-and-display parking bays are available nearby on Peterborough Road and Clancarty Road. Please note that parking is restricted to 2-4 hours only.
For a more convenient and sustainable option, we recommend using public transport – just a 10-minute walk away from the nearest station, Parsons Green, with Fulham Broadway, Putney Bridge and Imperial Wharf also nearby.
If you do need to park, meter parking is available on Peterborough Road, but keep in mind that some areas are restricted. To avoid these restrictions and charges, please enter Peterborough Road from Carnwath Road (Wandsworth Bridge Road end) and park before passing Sands End on your right.
