From responsible sourcing to waste reduction, they make conscious choices to minimise their environmental impact while delivering outstanding dining experiences. Their menus are built around seasonal ingredients, ensuring that each dish is prepared with produce at its peak, maximising flavour while reducing the carbon footprint associated with out-of-season imports.

Sourcing with Purpose

Tasting Plates partners with suppliers who share their commitment to sustainability, ensuring that every ingredient is sourced with care and responsibility. A standout partner is Rushton’s, a supplier leading the way in reducing food miles and supporting eco-friendly initiatives. Rushton’s sources produce from a vast network of British growers, cutting down transportation emissions while ensuring the highest quality ingredients. They also use 100% compostable bags for packaging and work with City Harvest to donate surplus food to those in need, preventing waste while supporting the wider community.
